Accounts preparation
We offer preparation of accounts for sole traders and partnerships to provide you with details of the financial performance of your business, as well as the necessary figures to enable completion of statutory tax returns.

We also offer the preparation of accounts for limited companies and limited liability partnerships to fulfil the filing requirements imposed by Companies House.

Bookkeeping
We can undertake your bookkeeping requirements, [namely writing up your books and records with details of sales and expenditure and reconciling bank statements], either monthly or quarterly depending on the volume of transactions involved and  your requirements.

This can be carried out at our office or on your premises.

Payroll and Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
We offer a weekly or monthly computerised payroll service including online filing of the full range of HM Revenue & Customs [HMRC] forms.

For those in the construction industry we are able to complete and submit the necessary monthly CIS returns to HMRC, including the verification of sub-contractors' tax status.

VAT
For businesses who are VAT registered, we can complete your VAT return forms each quarter.  If you prefer to do your own bookkeeping, we offer a checking service prior to VAT return submission.

We can also complete the necessary forms to register your business for VAT if this becomes necessary (i.e. when the turnover threshold is exceeded).

Taxation
For individuals, directors and partnerships, we can complete your annual self-assessment tax returns and submit these on-line to HMRC.

For limited companies, we can also complete the Companies' Corporation Tax Return forms, and again submit these to HMRC electronically.


Company Secretarial Services
We can assist you with the formation of a limited company.

If you already run a limited company, we are able to electronically file your annual return form and any other required documents with Companies House.

We also offer the facility to use our office as your company’s registered office if required.
